Wrestling is more than just sport in Senegal; it is part of the Senegalese culture and tradition. This video by Anthony Audureau, Thomas Larabi and Pierre Esquer tells the story of Ousmane who, like a lot of young senegalese boys, is a wrestler. He trains everyday to become stronger and stronger but fights are rare in a year, especially when you are young. He can only hope to wrestle once or twice, but that is not enough to earn a living, so he works as a tailor between two training sessions and never forgets his dream of becoming the “King of the Arena”.
