Special Commendation AIPS Centenary / Frantz Reichel and his role in the sports history of Ecuador

Reminder article of the role played by Frantz Reichel, founder of AIPS, in the development of Ecuadorian sports and in Ecuador's participation in the 1924 Olympic Games. The first participation of Ecuador that did not have an Olympic committee and the help of Reichel was fundamental.
